Attraction - Monkey Trail [Krabi] Review

We didn't see any monkeys, though we didn't really want to anyway (already seen enough!). We used the trail primarily to get from Ao Nang beach, where the trail starts at the far southern end (almost hidden by the forest) to Pai Plong beach - which is free for anyone to visit. I am giving the trail 3 stars based on the fact that it's called 'monkey trail', but there were none, but primarily because it is very sketchy, even by Thailand standards! It is slippy even when not wet, there were broken planks, there was rope that seems like it's been there for a century; I wonder how many injuries it has caused?! Still I personally enjoyed traversing it, but definitely a word of warning for others. Overall it took about 5 minutes to cover and was relatively tiring in respect to the short duration.
