Very informative
4*

This museum definitely covers most one would want to know about Tennessee's history, with exhibits dating back as far as Tennessee's place in the pre-historic ages! It is FREE to enter which is always welcome, and when we visited it was not that busy despite being located in an ideal location, very close to Downtown (about a 15 minute walk or a very short bus journey).

For a non-paid attraction it is still obviously funded/supported well as the interior and exterior were quite marvelous and also very clean. The exhibits were also great; well presented and understandable movies, lots of legitimate historical artifacts to compliment information, and this was all laid out in a logical order taking you from Tennessee's creation through to the present and beyond.

We spent a total of around 2 hours here but you could easily spend longer. It was certainly one of the better museums we visited in the U.S., and it was suitable for most ages and also levels of historical interest.

Fantastic tour
5*

We opted to visit a smaller whiskey distillery as many of the bigger ones seem over-priced and we thought they would be more likely to be busy; I think this was a good decision. The day we visited was a cold, winters day, out-of-season, and when we arrived for the 12pm tour it was just the two of us (although there was supposed to be a tour group joining, however they were late). Therefore we enjoyed a one-on-one conversation with the bar tender about thier products etc. and he was very friendly (unfortunately I can't remember his name) and we got to try 3 of their own whiskies (I recommend the Honey Spice liquor) and a cocktail which was probably the best drink of all. The bar area is small but of course being the only ones there this wasn't a problem. We then proceeded to the tour of the facility, again just the two of us so it was a very nice personal experience. Despite the distillery being somewhat small (the tour takes place in about over about 10m^2 of area, it was still very detailed, including good scientific explanation that clearly explained the processes involved, but equally was not confusing even for those with little scientific background), and it covered everything you would want to know about distilling without being boring or dull at any point; Rachael took our tour and she was awesome! As far as value for money goes it was definitely worth it, we got the tour, 3 samples and a cocktail for $13. Overall, we spent about an hour there and we thoroughly enjoyed it, I will certainly be recommending Nashville Craft to any family or friends who decide to visit Nashville!

Very interesting and detailed
4*

There is plenty to see within the MLK Jr. National Site area. Other than the birthplace which is well maintained and fascinating to visit, there was also the Ebenezer Baptist Church which is right by the Visitor Center, the Visitor Center of course, and the International Civil Rights Walk of Fame along with a Gandhi Statue, among other places. All of the aforementioned are free to observe, and you can enter the birthplace I understand, but only on a tour. The Visitor Center provided loads of information and even has a film that plays repeatedly throughout the day. All locations were clean and safe and it was easy to move from one to another. If you're in Atlanta then I would definitely suggest a visit.
